We’ve reached the half-way point of the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation Week of Kindness and enthusiasm is reaching new heights as offices are finally having the events that they’ve planned for and anticipated for months. In the last few days, Gold Coast and Mag Mile offices have baked cookies at Ronald McDonald House, the Lake Forest office volunteered at Bernie’s Book Bank, the Deerfield office helped stock the Deerfield Township Food Pantry, the Wheaton office grilled out at the Ronald McDonald House in Winfield, the Glenview office made 25 plush blankets for critically ill children for the Linus Project and has started their food drive for the Northfield Food Pantry, Schaumburg and Park Ridge planted flowers and landscaped at two Little City Foundation homes, the Evanston office volunteered at the Child Care Center of Evanston where they worked in the garden and organized the Library and Resource Room.
