Elmhurst agent Diane M. Karpman was mentioned in Crain’s Chicago Business for her upcoming Highland Park development, Case Study Houses 2111! The four Peter Nicholas designed modernist homes will each be over 4,000 square feet and have a courtyard, private gardening space, and will be built to transition seamlessly between the indoor and outdoor space, a characteristic that is reminiscent of homes on the West Coast. The homes are also inspired by the 1945 Case Study House program, a Los Angeles located program that contributed significantly to mid-century modern architecture.
