Low inventory in today's market has become a problem. We have all experienced the numerous emails detailing an exempt listing or a buyer need that cannot be met with the current active MLS inventory. Typically, sometime later you realize you could fill the need and are then forced to comb through old emails or send another all-office communication.
Recognizing a true need to easily exchange this information outside of your email account, we have created The Inside Track. This new program allows each office to have a single repository for exempt listings and buyer needs.
Utilizing DropBox, each office can now organize the buyer needs and exempt listings in office-specific folders. You can then explore each folder for the appropriate buyer needs and exempt listings.
